Finally I am reunited with my Birkenstock! I have been missing them for the last few months, and wondering what in the world did I pack in the bag such that I could not take along my comfy shoes. It must have been all that bulky winter clothes that resulted in the lack of space for all my summer gear. On the plus side, it means more new clothes! =)
Along with some of the clothes and shoes I had requested she sent for me, there was all the spices for cooking! This time there was satay sauce too; now we got to find that grill and it will be sedap! And herbal chicken soup, not had that for quite a while. I'm very lucky to get a steady supply of spices here so much so that I do not end up missing Singapore food much.
It is a pity that Freo did not managed to fit into the package; she would love the cherries and squirrels here! Next time ask for a bigger box yah Freo?
