Birthday

I'm back, still alive and battling the flu. You know I cannot stay away for long from my blog!There is a flu bug in the lab now, plus I had a very busy weekend. Thank you for all the get-well wishes! =D That must have been the reason for the accelerated recovery in what is considered a quick come back this round (Plus I slept real early last night!)

Thank you everyone for making my birthday on Saturday a wonder day with all the well wishes; I am very touched. It feels wonderful that despite the distance, I know my friends are here with me on this day.

Thank you so much to Cecilia for the lovely voodoo doll key chain and card; the health protection charm could not have come at a more perfect moment. =)

See the all so yummy chocolate fondant cake and noodle soup with handmade giant meat ball? The Husby toiled at the stove and oven on Saturday morning to bake and cook the goodies for me! There is even a hardboiled egg on the side =D As promised, here is a photo of me in the dress as we were waiting for the train to Washington DC.
