Since I was already baking, I decided to try out this new recipe I found online too! Its a savoury muffin rather than the usual sweet dessert types, and this is cheesy-ham muffin. It is an interesting recipe as it does not contain any butter or oil, and has ham, cheese and potato. Though the muffin is slightly drier than I would like it to be, this recipe is for keeps!
