I was surfing for inspiration to cook dinner, and I chanced upon this- Meat cakes! Cakes that are entirely made of meat, and instead of using cream they used mashed potato to give it that fondant look with ketchup between the layers of "cake". Ingenious idea yah? The Husby birthday coming up, maybe this would work! I'll make it one layer pork and the other chicken, and put salsa in between the two. But on the other hand, he loves his pineapple tarts, so maybe that is easier! =P
