Mini-pumpkin

When we came back from the farm last weekend, Chicken the frog was seated at the coffee table, looking bored.

"What do you have in the bag?" he asked.

We showed him the apples, but he was not a least bit interested in those. "I don't like apples!" he exclaims.

He was, however, very excited to see that a mini-pumpkin, the first pumpkin he has ever seen in all ten years of his life!

The birds then flew over to see what the commotion was about.

They, too were really excited to see such a brightly colored fruit.

"I bet it must be yummy!" the birds chirped.


Soon after the other three stuffed toys, Spotty, Ele and Chendol, climbed up the coffee table to join in the fun.

The thought in all their heads: "Now, how shall we eat the pumpkin?"
