Magneto Frog springs into the photo which I took to show you all that finally, a holiday here in the US (the last being the MLK holiday back in January). Back in Singapore, there was the two days of the Lunar New Year holiday, along with Good Friday, Labour Day and most recently Vesak Day. Five good days of holiday! Now I truly wonder why I always had the impression the Americans had more fun and less work...
So on Saturday, I had fantastic plans to make this: Tau Sar Piah, or however you spell it. It looks so yummy! I always eat that when I go home to Kedah, and that would certainly remind me of home so much. Unfortunately, I do not have any shallots, which could make or break the filling. Hence, the Husby and I decided instead to drive out to the Hagerstown Prime Outlets, about 90 minutes each way. The main attraction? The Coach Factory Outlet. Alas, no bag caught my fancy although I bought some small gifts (maybe it is for you? ;)). Along the way, it was so fun to watch the clouds - ain't they cute?
This is my favorite, do you see what I see?

I could not resist doing this:
