Taking turns

Come to think of it, this bird feeder is also from Dawn, I'm sorry I am lagging in my posts of Thank yous! Thank you so much Dawn, I bet the sparrows and maybe finches are thanking you too. I have always wanted to get a bird feeder so we can see what birds we have in our area. So far sadly, only sparrows and maybe finches, nothing fancy like blue jays or cardinals. We only feed them on the weekends when we are home, partly also because of the fact that our neighbor next door feeds them bread on the weekdays, so we don't want to steal the birds away from her. This was taken last weekend when it was bright and sunny, I was trying to capture the shadow of the birds when they fight to get a spot. But they move too quickly for me to get a good shot. They can get very noisy and it is fun to bird watch. I love the one that is perched on top of the stand, bet it was thinking: it is my turn now! More photos coming up!
