I'm not sure if I wrote this down right. But don't worry, this is just class, not reality.

This was seriously what a old lecturer said today. This guy has not changed his slides since the dawn of time. He still uses the OHP, and makes PCR sound like such a novel technique. I am so bored in class, and because it is at UMBC, it makes it doubly worse. Get me outta of there!
While he was droning on and on about how DNA this and that, my mind was preoccupied with other lab work and datelines. So naturally when we came home a while ago, instead of doing my work, I decided I needed to change my header. You know, so I can remember what we did in summer. Barnes seemed to have enjoyed himself on the beaches of Maine, don't you think?
Back to the subject of work: Oct 4 presentation, Oct 7 lab meeting with boss, Oct 7 or 9- quiz, Oct 18 week- two mid terms, Oct 20 mock grant outline due, Oct 26 deadline for submission, then followed by big lab meeting on Nov4. I don't even want to know about Nov yet. With classes everyday except Friday, it is really difficult to complete any experiment in lab. It is not like we go in really late either, most days we are in by 8.30 or 9, and leave any time between 6.30 to 930pm. Dinner is warming up what we cooked on Sunday, or maybe grab some fast food, whatever is quick and convenient, and of course cheap. At least I am proud to say that we have been religiously packing our lunches, and one fruit. Someday I will show you my lunchbox! :)
PS. I don't watch Jersey Shore lah, I have not watched TV since we canceled the cable service last April. But I've read about the show along with all that sun tanning.One word comes to mind: melanoma!

Thanks Imp!! Actually he is a bear, but you totally solved the mystery as to why he is so grumpy, he is actually a dog and not a bear! :D
I plead the Fifth on that one :) I'm not sure there's a 'favourite' - it's like saying, look we're going to crash a bunch of cars. Which was your favourite car crash? :)
oh car crash, I think i really have not watched that much to know what is going on. I only know about the cast from my classmates whom I get a ride with to class. Apparently Snooki is not italian!
