Sam, finally here are the photos! These were all the treats for the valentines' day weekend, hence the hearts. Actually there is about all the cookie cutters I have, nothing else cuter. Let me know if you see frogs! On the top we have pancakes with chocolate chips from the Husby (little did they know they were going to drown in maple syrup), green tea/matcha cookies from an award winning recipe here (if you love green tea you gotta try it), and raspberry jam almond cookies (some said even better than Pepperridge Farm *beaming*).
Next up, matcha cake! Now if only I can find a cheap and good source of green tea powder... Thanks to Sam who passed me the link to the green tea cookies, I was craving those cookies for a long time. I even dragged the Husby to Whole Foods one time to find the matcha, with no luck.
Has anyone tried red velvet cake? They seem to be really popular these days and I am tempted to make these, they look simple emough (with a cake mix of course, suntaneye loves to take short cuts!).
