I LOVE LOVE LOVE this photo, as well as the one in the header, and the others here!! Jaime of The Blonde Photographer is absolutely talented and she made us look so good that sometimes we are still checking that it is us! :) You got to love her energy too, its infectious! All these photos were taken on this day when I wrote about photo session here. Check out her photography on kids too, they are really great. Thank you Jaime so much, we love all the images and everyone is loving them too!!!
The Husby and I were certain that we did not want any pre-wedding photography like many of those in Singapore in the full wedding attire and all. We are not exactly the type who go for over-the-top poses either. To my delight, I discovered the engagement photography when I came over the US, and immediately fell in love with it. Photos in your everyday clothes- how fun! I was taken in with photos at the Bethesda Fountain in Central Park New York, but a photography session there would have less sentimental value than B'more. So we decided to search for photographers in our area.
I'm so glad I found Jaime online and that she agreed to take a lifestyle/engagement style photography for us!The only gripe I had about this was the fact that it was in winter, which meant it was super cold and a very small fraction of our images had my awfully wind tormented hair with our literally frozen smiles. You are never going to see those posted here, ever! On the plus side, I get to wear my awesome red coat (Kenneth Cole from Macy's sale!!!) Cute eh! :)
Some people are opting for "Day after" or "Trash the dress" photography after the big day. I love how brides often pair the dress up with a cardigan the day after. It has a totally different feel to it, more relaxed and fun with no pre-wedding stress.

Oh my oh my the photos are absolutely lovely! Really really well done. By far the nicest wedding pics i've seen. Your choice of the red coat is fantastic too! Haha ok if i ever get married i also wanna do something like that too! ;p
