Apparently if you are in Sg, a bear suit may not be the best thing to wear at 2am at Ulu Pandan. Maybe not at Halloween even, who knows right you might need a permit for it. :) Granted it does look like a real bear in that grainy photo, not so fun if it was real! Totally made me forget how bad the day was!
