Results of first round of baking on the left, with pineapple filling from Phoon Huat courtesy of Dawn (kept for maybe a year!). The filling had the right sweetness, but it was too dry after baking. My own pineapple jam on the right, fresh out of the oven today. It wasn't sweet enough :( They are not the professional looking ones, I feel sad to waste an egg yolk on glazing so it does not have the shiny look.
In case you wanna make some too, I took the cookie receipe from here. They are the crumbly ones. I wonder how long they will last this time, not that they are any good, but like I mentioned before there is a pineapple tart monster in the house!
I was also crazy enough to attempt to bake the foccacia bread and then cook pasta for dinner. Okay I got to call it a day, too much cooking/baking.
