Thank you!

A big THANK YOU going out to Auntie D, see the pretty owl hat she knitted for me?? It is so pretty and I am very excited about using it this winter. Who knows, maybe even tomorrow as it is predicted to snow then! It is also in a beautiful shade of gray and browns, which will go well with my brown puffer jacket and gray scarf. Now that it has been ten years since JC, I am falling in love with gray again! Ever since the hat arrive earlier this week, I have been thinking about stitching eyes onto the hat. Here I have photoshopped the eyes onto one owl - it makes the owl look intriguing. What do you think, eyes or no eyes?

Also a big big THANK YOU to Auntie D, Dawn and Ian for the giftcard from Home Depot. This card is very useful in finishing up the works at the new house. The gift card has a special design too, unfortunately the Husby took it apart to examine it before I got to take a photo. :( Dawn also got me a pair of gardening gloves which I left at the new place, so no photos here. Thanks once again, the Husby and I really appreciate the gifts!
